How do you motivate when you just don’t wanna? Well, I realize if I don’t go to class I can’t have Starbucks. Haha. Plus I feel better about my day after a great workout! Ready to go and conquer life and a 1 year old. 🙂
Favorite way to reward yourself after reaching a fitness goal? Starbucks!
