Three words that describe how you feel after a sweaty workout? Energized, Stress Busting and Motivated!

How do you motivate when you just don’t wanna? Well, I realize if I don’t go to class I can’t have Starbucks. Haha. Plus I feel better about my day after a great workout! Ready to go and conquer life and a 1 year old. 🙂

Favorite way to reward yourself after reaching a fitness goal? Starbucks!

What would you like to accomplish fitness-wise in the next 12 months? Coming to class at least 3 times a week
