Cardio, keeping up with everyone and fitting in

What was the first change you noticed once you started working out at MOXIE regularly?

My cardio in normal day to day stuff, I was not out as breathe as often, my clothes became looser.

Three words that describe how you feel after a sweaty workout?

Stress Released, Great, Hungry

How do you motivate when you just don’t wanna?

It makes me feel better about myself so I just go and tell myself I will feel better after the workout.

Favorite way to reward yourself after reaching a fitness goal?

What would you like to accomplish fitness-wise in the next 12 months?

I would like for my stomach and back to become more toned.
