Keeping up with the cardio! My first few Ride classes were rough.

How do you motivate when you just don’t wanna?
I try to make working out a part of my weekly schedule. It’s time I set aside to work on myself. Every workout is different, and every day is different.
Favorite way to reward yourself after reaching a fitness goal?
I don’t think I really reward myself with anything. It makes me feel great about myself – which is reward enough!
What would you like to accomplish fitness-wise in the next 12 months?
I need to drop some of the weight I have put on, and want to tone up a bunch! I need to eat better also.
