MOXIE Fusion combines TRX strength training, cardio, and functional floor & bodywork to provide a safe, effective, fat torching workout in an hour. MOXIE Fusion provides total body conditioning through a high energy, fast paced circuit workout with upbeat music and motivational coaching to push you to go the extra mile. There’s no chance of boredom in this atmosphere!

A cardio component will take the heart rate up, and the following circuit will challenge it to stay elevated, providing an ideal environment to burn fat. The timed circuit style training is designed o increase endurance, strength, power and movement velocity. Modifications are built into the workout, so whether you are a beginner or an athlete looking to take your fitness to the next level, there’s an option for you. The entire workout is low impact to minimize stress to the joints and bones. After the body has been challenged and heart rate elevated, a cool down utilizing restorative bodywork will restore the body to its resting heart rate while decreasing inflammation in the body.
