THE 28 DAY CHALLENGE: MOXIE 28

The MOXIE approach to health and wellness strengthens the mind and body in unison. A New Year’s resolution is often centered on diet and fitness in isolation. MOXIE encourages our community to dig deeper with our 28-Day Challenge.

The MOXIE 28 consists of 28 days of fitness with the body in mind. By participating in the challenge you will:

  • Strengthen the mind and body in unison with this self-guided, MOXIE supported 28 Day Challenge.
  • Discover motivation within a community and connect to others by joining the MOXIE 28 closed Facebook group.
  • Celebrate the completion of the 28-day challenge at our MOXIE 28 social.

Challenge guidelines:

MIND

  • Practice a daily pause of 5 minutes per day in reflection or meditation.

BODY

  • Commit to three MOXIE classes each week.
  • Perform one at-home MOXIE move per day for 28 days. You choose your move!
  • Keep a food journal for 28 days and uncover your good nutrition habits and those you might need to improve.

CORE

  • Read The Desire Map: A Guide to Creating Goals with Soul by Danielle LaPorte now available in the MOXIE Lifestyle Boutique.

That’s it! The parameters are rather simple, but the results will be satisfying to the mind, body and soul. We’re looking forward to the next 28 days for our MOXIE community. For those interested in participating, get started by joining the closed Facebook group. MOXIE 28 kicks off January 2nd!
