MOXIE Fusion, Row and Ride will help you sculpt lean muscle, slim down, and get your heart pumping utilizing metabolic strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. MOXIE Barre combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and personal training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. MOXIE Yoga balances the body and calms the mind while increasing flexibility and mobility. MOXIE Yoga is designed to compliment active and dynamic forms of exercise.
Differentiation, motivation and results in a boutique setting: Depending on your fitness goals, our classes are available in a variety of formats. MOXIE instructors modify exercises who are first time participants and those who are looking for a little more challenge. Instructors keep our workouts safe, effective and complete every time. MOXIE is a judgment-free zone. Our studio is a positive, challenging and supportive atmosphere. MOXIE instructors offer coaching and encouragement while support from a fellow classmate can help you keep up your level of intensity. Participating in a group exercise class challenges you to work out beyond your perceived limitations. Our instructors look for signs of fatigue and push you to your limits. Research shows you are likely to work out harder in a group setting or with a partner, as everyone is exercising toward the same goal, than you would on your own.
