Start Summer with MOXIE! Beach time, barbecues and other summer fun can disrupt your fitness routine resulting in weight gain, bloating and muscle loss. As you plan your summer activities, make time for MOXIE. Take a look at our summer schedule online, sign up for classes and meet us in the studio. MOXIE responds to client feedback.Ride returns to Monday night, with Fusion on Tuesday followed by Yoga on Wednesday and Row on Thursday. Schedule changes begin mid-June.
