MOXIE group exercise offers a workout for all levels, ranging from beginner to

advanced. If you want to improve your fitness level, group exercise classes are a great

or for how long; all you have to do is show up with a positive attitude, participate, and

Whether you’re a twenty-something trying to stay in shape, a busy mom seeking to

Results & Structure: Depending on your fitness goals, our classes are available in a

variety of formats. An instructor led workout is more likely to be a safe, effective and

complete workout.  On your own you might be tempted to skip exercises you don’t like

or aren’t sure how to perform correctly.


At MOXIE Lifestyle Fitness Studio, our cardio fusion classes will help you sculpt lean

muscle, slim down, and get your heart pumping by moving through high-intensity moves

followed by brief moments of active recovery. Barre Intensity combines attributes of

Pilates, dance, and personal training. We incorporate small isolated movement to

fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that

incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total

body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. Upbeat music

provides the fuel needed for not only an intense workout but also a fun one!

Motivation & Competition:  The MOXIE studio provides a positive and supportive

atmosphere. Our instructors offer coaching and encouragement while support from a

fellow classmate can help you keep up your level of intensity. Participating in a group

exercise class challenges you to work out beyond your perceived limitations. Our

instructors look for signs of fatigue and push you to your limits. Research shows you are

likely to work out harder in a group setting or with a partner, as everyone is exercising

toward the same goal, than you would on your own.


Community & Accountability:  MOXIE Lifestyle Fitness Studio is a wonderful place to

meet people who have similar lifestyle goals. Enduring a challenging MOXIE workout

together is a great way to develop new friendships. You are more likely to have more

fun working out in a group than on your own. When you’re part of an exercise group,
