What did you find most challenging in the beginning? To stay motivated after working out for several months, then I noticed any changes in my body!

Three words that describe how you feel after a sweaty workout? Accomplished/Motivated/Happy
How do you motivate when you just don’t wanna? I think about how good I will feel after I workout and what a slug I will feel like if I don’t go. I sign up for all of my classes for the week on Sundays with the mindset of not changing my schedule. The MOXIE cancellation fee keeps me motivated! 😂
Favorite way to reward yourself after reaching a fitness goal? Massage, beachtime, and Tito’s
What would you like to accomplish fitness-wise in the next 12 months? To continue to build up my endurance and strength but would love to get rid of my butt double chin 🤣
