MOXIE Barre utilizes the Barre Intensity technique combining attributes of Pilates, dance, and personal training. In 50 minutes, we incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. Upbeat music provides the fuel needed for not only an intense workout but also a fun one!

MOXIE Fusion provides a high intensity, low impact, workout using WaterRowers GX and a variety of TRX® functional training equipment and suspension training to challenge and transform. This highly efficient workout guarantees to make you feel more fit and strong. MOXIE Fusion provides challenging and dynamic whole body conditioning suitable for all fitness levels.
MOXIE Rides are 45-minutes of pure fun and intense, beat-based spin cycling. Set to motivational music, Ride is challenging and suitable for all fitness levels. Bikes are equipped with SPD clips and athletic sneaker cages.
MOXIE Specialized is the ultimate in individualized and small group training designed to enhance your performance in a larger group setting customized for you and your schedule. MOXIE Specialized provides one-on-one, specialized training and instruction to anyone looking to improve overall endurance, strength, flexibility, form and balance. If you are new to group fitness, stop by the studio anytime to chat with our certified, professional staff. Be sure to let your instructor know if you have an injury or illness prior to class. Most of the MOXIE classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Instructors will share modifications throughout the class. We encourage all students to sign up for classes online.
